KINGSTON CITY CHURCH

Kingston City Church is the body of believers that have emerged from identification with the vision of City Life Ministries. It plays the central role in carrying out the organization’s mission and the Great Commission of the larger Church body in Jamaica. KCC’s home and base is within the community of Southside but does have meetings and other activities in other locations in the city. 

The purposeful intention of this dynamic congregation is to operate as a ‘church-without-walls’. As the members take church ministry to the people, primary focus is given to home visits and other close interpersonal interaction. The programmes carried out through City Life Ministries can be seen as the Church (KCC) expressing itself in different ways as it reaches out to the people.

The Core Group of Kingston City Church

The core group of KCC includes the few who have chosen to take on the vision and mission as a committed personal responsibility. This group of approximately 20 individuals carries the philosophy and culture of City Life Ministries. They form the ‘core’ by which others are able to attach, partner with and support as the various programmes and projects are carried out.
